Samsung Pakistan, a leader in electronic and digital technologies, organized a week long Free- Service offer for Samsung Air conditioners under the supervision of Samsung Engineers from Korea. The Free-Service offer closed on the 3rd of April. During this one week offer, a large number of Samsung consumers brought their air- conditioners to the Samsung authorized service centers, in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad and got free service on their products.
Consumers expressed their satisfaction over this convenient offer, saying that such workshops and offers are truly delightful and enhance the customersâ€™ trust in the Samsung Brand. Many of them expressed special appreciation of the door-to-door provision of free-service to them. During this one week campaign, Samsung Engineers also provided free parts-replacement for products which were purchased by consumers after April 2007. The customers who got benefit of this offer hoped that Samsung will continue with such offers in future to enhance customer-care.

Speaking about the Company’s Free Service initiative, Mr. Babar Ali Kazmi, Category Head of Samsung Home-Appliances Division in Pakistan stated; “At Samsung, we consider After-Sales service as a key differentiator for our products. The Free-Service campaign that we extend to our customers every year is our way of appreciating the customerâ€™s trust. We proactively reach out to customers and reassure them that the company cares for them and stands behind the quality of Samsung products”.
